Application Fee & Deposit

To live at Terrace or Southridge Apartments, you must go through an application process and be approved. The following documents describe this process and provide the necessary documents for you to fill out and return to us.

  • Application Criteria

    This document lists the criteria we use to evaluate your application to live at Terrace or Southridge Apartments.

  • Application Items Required

    This document lists the documents, fees, etc. that are required for you to apply to live at Terrace or Southridge Apartments.

  • Applicant Background Check Authorization

    This document authorizes us to conduct a background check of you as part of the application process. A background check is required of all applicants.   • Lease Application

    This document is the actual lease application. It must be filled out and either hand-delivered, emailed or faxed to us. Our email is info@barbercoresidential.com and our fax number is 205.933.5513.

  • Guarantor Background Check Authorization

    If you are a student with little or no income, a Guarantor will be required for the lease. This document authorizes us to conduct a background check of the Guarantor as part of the application process. It must be filled out and either hand-delivered, emailed or faxed to us.   • Guarantor Application

    This is the actual Guarantor Application.
